Mental health refers to your emotional and psychological well-being. Having good mental health helps you lead a relatively happy and healthy life. It helps you demonstrate resilience and the ability to cope in the face of life’s adversities.

Your mental health can be influenced by a variety of factors, including life events or even your genetics.      

                     


What is mental illness?

A mental illness is a broad term which encompasses a wide variety of conditions which affect the way you feel and think. It can also affect your ability to get through day-to-day life. Mental illnesses can be influenced by several different factors, including:

                      


Genetics

Environment

Daily habits

Biology


 

Mental illness should not be thought of any differently from physical illness. In fact, I believe the two are inseparable. The brain is an organ just like everything else. When the brain is ill, it is not isolated in just the brain, but just affects the whole body and overall wellness.


 On an average every single individual is facing issues with mental health. The only thing as 

  

               


                                    

humans we need to do is be kind to ourselves as well as others don’t just be in the self zone of blaming yourself because it is all in the mind. 

Somehow just manage to be positive and introspect good things about yourself.  Accept the fact that it is normal to get defeated in life accept that fact and continue your JOURNEY and you will definitely come out as a WARRIOR.
